Staff Accountant

Insightful Talent is supporting one of the largest owners and operators of marinas in the world on their search for a Sr. Business Manager to join their team. The Sr. Business Manager is central to the day-to-day operation bridging customer-facing billing support with internal coordination across account management, contractor compliance, and leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Specific functions of the position are as follows: Assist walk in customers with billing questions and payment processing. Prepare invoices, processing payments, and account reconciliation. Provide operational support to General Manager as needed. Coordinate with Contractor Compliance regarding facility access fees and invoice accuracy. Support Account Managers with account questions or discrepancies. Work daily on Accounts Receivable to collect outstanding customer balances. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from customers and vendors. Effectively communicating with personnel, member, and co-workers via email, over the telephone, and /or in person. Required Experience: 3 to 5+ years' experience in an accounting role.
