The facility does not hold a trauma center designation and maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous obstetric and gynecologic care delivery. Clinical operations are conducted on-site in accordance with night shift and 24-hour call coverage requirements. About the Facility LocationKansas offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and cultural pursuits suited to varied interests. Recreational options include hiking and biking trails, water sports, scenic drives, and golf courses, alongside museums spanning art, history, natural history, and science. Destinations such as Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve, Kanopolis State Park, and Geary County provide additional options including nature trails, a fish hatchery, and historic downtown parks, while the state's riverfront attractions, recognized food scene, and live music and festival events contribute to a well-rounded experience throughout the assignment period. About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide inpatient and OR-based obstetric and gynecologic coverage through night shift hours (5:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and 24-hour call on an on-site basis, with coverage beginning in November on an ongoing basis. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and continuous on-site availability is expected throughout each designated coverage period. The facility performs approximately 2,600 deliveries per year, reflecting a structured and high-volume obstetric care environment. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required; a Kansas license is preferred, and temporary privileges may be granted during a credentialing period of 30 to 60 days.
