The mission of this role
We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Operations Architect & Systems Builder to design, construct, and scale our internal operating system. In this role, you won't just fill out documents; you will treat Superhuman Docs as an engineering platform to build custom applications, automated workflows, and unified databases. You will lead the transition of our legacy, fragmented processes into an AI-first, deeply integrated workspace environment using the Superhuman Suite.

What you'll own

• Will be the company lead into transitioning and maintaining Superhuman Docs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards to maintain the organization’s integrity and accountability.
• Management of Microsoft 365 Permissions.

Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday, core hours in a U.S. time zone.
• Occasional weekends may be required.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology , Computer Science, or related field preferred.  Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of experience administering Coda, Notion, SharePoint, or similar collaboration/workflow platforms.
• Strong customer service orientation and follow-through mentality.
• Experience managing user permissions, workspaces, and system configurations.
• Experience building business workflows, databases, automations, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting system issues.
• Experience with Keap and Gusto would be a bonus.
