Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Full Time

HTS is hiring three licensed physical therapist assistants (PTA) to join our therapy teams in Louisville, KY. Enjoy the time, support, and setting you need to deliver meaningful, patient-centered therapy.

Position 1: This PTA will provide treatments across two 5-star CMS rated continuing care retirement communities offering long-term care, rehab-to-home, and memory care.

Full-time position at 30 40 hours per week, working at both buildings daily.

Primary site is a 118-bed senior care community located in the Highlands neighborhood, near Bellarmine University.

Secondary site is a 113-bed senior care community in the historic Clifton area of Louisville.

Compensated drive time and mileage for travel between sites. (Located 10 15 minutes apart.)

Position 2: This PTA will provide treatments at a highly rated continuing care retirement community located in southern Jefferson County, outside of the busy Louisville area.

Full-time position at 30 40 hours per week.

68-bed senior living community.

Two designated therapy gyms, including a training bathroom and kitchen.

Position 3: This PTA will provide treatments at a 5-star CMS rated continuing care retirement community located in the historic Clifton area of Louisville.

Full-time position at 30 40 hours per week.

113-bed senior living community offering long-term care, rehab-to-home, and memory care.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have an active Kentucky physical therapist assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
