Safety Technician: Ready-Mix Concrete Plant Safety Lead

SRM Concrete is seeking a Safety Technician to champion our safety culture across plant and field locations. You will conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting workers and management. You will lead investigations of accidents, coordinate workers’ compensation processes, develop training programs, and share best practices with regional and national teams.
