Digital Marketing Coordinator
A leading law firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator for its New York office. Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager, with a dotted line to the Head of US Marketing & Business Development, this role supports a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives with an emphasis on digital projects, working closely with the firm's West Coast and London-based digital team.
Responsibilities span website and content management (including Kentico CMS work on attorney bios, practice pages, and campaigns), social media strategy and content creation, design and image editing for marketing collateral, SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives, analytics and reporting, and email marketing/CRM campaign support. The role also contributes to broader business development efforts, including events, sponsorships, awards, and profile-raising initiatives, and collaborates across global marketing, CRM, and external agency teams.
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment. A strong digital and software skillset (Microsoft Office; CRM and email marketing systems a plus) and excellent communication skills are required. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in the office, and the expected hourly range is $38–$48.
