We design and build, preserve and restore, mitigate and manage, serve and problem solve.We are seeking a Healthcare Facility Manager for a unique opportunity to support an Indian Health Services owned Hospital in Red Lake, MN. The role will be instrumental in reviewing and updating all facility engineering and maintenance policies, programs, and practices. Through policy review, program review, and training for operations and maintenance staff, this role will set up this healthcare facility for future success and operational excellence.Essential FunctionsPolicy ReviewProgrammatic OversightContract review and oversightComputerized maintenance management system (CMMS)Equipment InventoryTraining programQualifications, Certifications, and Experience:Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.Minimum experience: 5 years in the role of hospital facility manager.American Society of Healthcare Engineers Certified Hospital Facility Manager certification is preferred but not required.Work EnvironmentThis role is 100% onsite, performing facility maintenance and operations oversight at a healthcare facility. Candidates should expect to spend time on their feet, walking around the facility, and inspecting various building systems equipment.
