You will combine a strategic perspective with disciplined implementation to identify the strategic, operational, organizational, and financial levers that will deliver client impact. You will apply McKinsey’s results-oriented and proprietary McKinsey Transformation processes, which are backed by tools, benchmarks, and methodologies. As part of McKinsey Transformation, you will work across all industries and sectors on large-scale, cross-functional transformation covering a wide range of topics. Our approach to transformation helps clients build a strategy that can create sustainable and inclusive growth. As you collaborate directly with clients, you'll help them solve problems, refine strategies, and create lasting transformations. In doing so, you'll uphold McKinsey's commitment to making a meaningful difference in the industries and communities we serve.Your backgroundBachelor's degree required; advanced degree (i.e. MBA) preferred6+ years of experience that includes a progressive career trajectory and outstanding professional impact, preferably with large, multi-national companies/organizations, investment banking, private equity or restructuring consultingExperience in implementing rapid and successful operational turnarounds and/or rapid growth programs across key strategic, revenue, cost and working capital levers, business planning or P&L modeling, working capital management, or 13-week cashflow preparationAbility to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverablesDemonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment and working effectively with people at all levels in an organizationAbility to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at timesWillingness to travel up to 80% and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines)
