How You'll Make an Impact
- Execute general and customized assembly tasks to exacting standards
- Conduct thorough component testing with strict adherence to requirements
- Operate power and hand tools effectively and safely
- Support fellow team members across production when needed
- Capture clear documentation of processes and procedures
What It Takes to Succeed
- High School diploma or GED
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Competent in basic reading, writing, and math
- Detail-driven with a strong safety mindset
- Coachability—comfortable receiving feedback and asking questions
- Experienced in electro-mechanical assembly
Work Schedule Options
- 1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- 1st shift Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 xhyhwjd pm
- 2nd shift Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am
Proficiencies
- Mechanical assembly skills
- High School / GED
- Basic computer skills
