Inside Sales Manager

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-focused Client Development Manager, also known as an Inside Sales Manager, to join our Alpharetta, GA team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Territory Managers by engaging existing and prospective clients, promoting our services, and scheduling meetings that drive new business. This is an excellent opportunity for an inside-sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by exceeding expectations. Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach via phone, email, etc. Schedule virtual and in-person meetings on behalf of Territory Managers to showcase our recruiting services. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective healthcare clients. Serve as a liaison between clients and territory managers, ensuring a seamless client experience. Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to support client conversations. Identify client hiring needs and facilitate discussions regarding physician recruitment solutions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity within Salesforce. Up to 5-10% travel may be required. Requirements: 4+ years of inside sales experience required; staffing industry experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred. Strong prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment. Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Professional presence and confidence interacting with healthcare leaders, hospital executives, and physicians. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. Stable employment history with strong professional references.
