Position Details Position Type: Full-Time Position Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Position Shift: Day Position Location: 1017 West 7th Street, Wray, CO, 80758 Job Description Responsible for processing customer transactions for their purchase of goods and services. Receives and records payments, and then prepares and provides the payer with appropriate documentation. Counts cash and change to confirm the proper reconciliation for individual transactions, and balances the money in the cash register with receipts. Manages customer relationships by promoting a positive experience. Essential Duties Included but Not Limited To Verifies prescription insurance information. Stocking and sign-out of prescriptions. Receives and stores incoming deliveries of retail items. Greets customers and offers assistance with products and services. Performs environmental services of store including but not limited to cleaning and taking out trash. Maintains customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.). Checks out patients at register: verifies patient name for the prescription; charges patient accurately; handles cash, check and charge cards.
