Our client seeks a Sr. Business Architect to support complex initiatives across Global Payments and Trade. The role will analyze business needs, map current and target operating models, and drive process and organizational transformation. The position will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, support transformation roadmaps and OKRs, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope while partnering with technology and design teams in an agile environment.

Rate: $70.00 to $79.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of complex projects within Global Payments and Trade from intake through benefits realization.
• Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Develop current and target state operating models for process and organizational transformation.
• Support transformation strategy and roadmap and deliver on business cases and OKRs.
• Collaborate on enterprise transformation projects to align with technology services strategy and objectives.
• Coordinate initiatives and engage senior managers and staff.
• Deliver quality business solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Partner with CAO, Risk, and Compliance to support controls and process enhancements.
• Support testing of new capabilities and user acceptance testing.
• Support rollout of new functionality to global users.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years in business analysis and process design, preferably within payments or fintech.
• Experience creating current and target state business process models from multiple information sources.
• Experience gathering requirements for new workflow builds.
• Ability to identify core problems and opportunities within business processes.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and commitment to user experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience operating within an agile framework with technology and design partners.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable.
