Job Overview

We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as a Marketing Sales Representative .

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and leadership. No previous marketing or sales experience is required — we provide hands-on training from day one.

As a Marketing Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers at partnered retail and event locations while representing established brands and their services.

Responsibilities

• Represent our clients and their brands professionally at partnered retail and event locations
• Engage with customers face-to-face and create positive brand experiences
• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
• Assist customers with simple enrollment and account processes
• Learn and apply effective marketing and sales strategies
• Build strong communication and customer service skills
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Collaborate with team members and leadership
• Develop leadership and team-building skills as you gain experience
