Bright View Mental and Psychological Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team in Tucson, Arizona. In this full-time position, you will work with young adults aged 18 to 30, helping them navigate and overcome their mental health challenges through evidence-based therapeutic practices. This role comes with a competitive annual salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibility will involve delivering high-quality mental health services. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Conducting therapeutic group sessions, where you will facilitate discussions that help clients share experiences, foster connections, and develop coping mechanisms.

  • Providing individual counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client. You will explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to help them form actionable plans for change.

  • Creating comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that reflect the goals and preferences of each individual. You will employ specific methods that align with evidence-based practices.

  • Monitoring client progress through structured assessments and regular feedback loops, ensuring that treatment goals are being met and adjusted as needed.

  • Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients. This may involve ongoing communication and consultation on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 facing varied mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will engage with clients who are committed to their recovery process and open to exploring therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
