Job Information Employment Type: Part Time Location: IL - NORRIDGE Responsibilities Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays. Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Scheduling: up to 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (no weekends or evenings). Potential for additional hours covering larger regions or traveling. Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each store visit. Benefits & Compensation Compensation: $18.00 per hour for general merchandising projects. Higher rates for additional technical projects based on need. W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay and direct deposit. Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage assistance. Paid training time. Accrue PTO hours each week worked. Qualifications Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience highly desirable. Ability to handle all levels of merchandising within assigned territory. Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams. Independent and able to collaborate with a small team when needed. Internet access and basic handheld tools; Wi‑Fi/GPS‑enabled smart device with latest OS update; laptop/desktop access a plus. Must hold a driver’s license and have personal vehicle; required to use vehicle for duties. Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
