As an IT Infrastructure Technician, you will be based on-site at the Clinton, Indiana Manufacturing facility, providing hands-on IT support across infrastructure, end-user technologies, and local IT services in a regulated manufacturing and laboratory environment.Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure continuity and reliability of critical IT hardware, software, and infrastructure to support uninterrupted site operationsProvide deskside and end-user technical support, including break/fix and IMAC services for PCs, laptops, printers, iDevices, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, O365, Teams video conferencing, and telephonyDeliver last-mile support for site network equipment, cabling, connectivity, server rooms, and manufacturing and laboratory IT infrastructureManage local IT assets, configuration items, incidents, requests, and changes using ServiceNowExecute local IT infrastructure projects, lifecycle management activities, and equipment procurement while maintaining accurate documentation and SOPsWhat You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Engineering, IT Systems Engineering, or equivalent certifications and practical experienceExperience: Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience supporting end-user technologies and infrastructure in environments with 250+ usersTechnical Skills: Hands-on experience with end-user devices, networking, wireless technologies, video conferencing systems, digital security, asset and lifecycle management, and incident management tools such as ServiceNowWhat Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)Experience working within the ITIL framework and IT service management practicesPrior collaboration with Operational Technology teams in manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of regulated manufacturing and laboratory processes and IT-supported systemsAdditional InformationLocation: Clinton, Indiana (primary on-site location), Terre Haute as a secondary siteWork Schedule: Standard 8-hour day shift, Monday through FridayTravel: Minimal travel requiredSome on-call or on-site support may be required to support 24/7 manufacturing operationsRole requires regular presence in production and R&D environmentsDon’t meet every single requirement?
