RN: Medical Critical Care Stepdown — Night Shift & Sign-On

Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical Critical Care Stepdown Unit. The role is full-time, night shift (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) with weekend and holiday rotations, and includes sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible nurses. The MCCSU unit cares for stable yet critically ill patients with a 24-bed capacity and a patient-nurse ratio around 3:1.
