Manufacturing Technician (Temp to Hire) – Lenexa, KS

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay Rate:
$18.38/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic service and repairs on handpieces and small equipment as assigned
• Diagnose and analyze device failures using test equipment and standard tooling
• Document evaluations, service recommendations, parts required, and preventative maintenance on service orders
• Conduct repairs and quality testing to established specifications
• Provide basic technical support on select products
• Complete other tasks as assigned by your lead or management

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and follow standard procedures and work instructions
• Basic writing skills for routine reports and correspondence
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude
• General math, logic, and computer skills
• Capacity to solve practical, real-world problems
• Willingness to learn new repair tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
• Uphold company policies and standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 0–6 months of relevant mechanical experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to sit/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, use hands, stoop, kneel, twist, reach, and use eye protection as needed

Work Environment:

• On-site manufacturing setting with stable conditions; may be exposed to moderate noise
