Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth client experience. Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure timely policy issuance and customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently. Qualifications Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life/Health insurance licenses required. Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in auto, home, and life insurance. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals. Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
