Hearing Healthcare Centers is looking for a creative, energetic, and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

This is a hands-on marketing position . You won't just coordinate projects—you'll help develop the ideas, create the materials, launch the campaigns, and measure the results.

What You'll Do

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will help us market to both current patients and prospective new patients across our locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns designed to generate patient appointments
• Create marketing campaigns for our existing patient database
• Develop campaigns for annual hearing tests, patient reactivation, hearing aid upgrades, referrals, and special promotions
• Create and manage social media content
• Design postcards, direct-mail pieces, flyers, brochures, letters, advertisements, and other marketing materials
• Coordinate direct-mail campaigns from concept through mailing
• Help manage email and digital marketing campaigns
• Maintain a company marketing calendar
• Help promote community events and local outreach programs
• Coordinate with printing companies, mailing companies, media partners, and other marketing vendors
• Maintain consistent branding across all locations and marketing materials
• Track campaign results, including leads, appointments, and return on marketing investment
• Look for new and creative ways to reach people who could benefit from better hearing

We're looking for someone who is both creative and results-oriented .

The right person enjoys coming up with new ideas but also understands that successful marketing needs to generate measurable results.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years of marketing, communications, advertising, or related experience
• Experience creating marketing campaigns
• Strong graphic design and layout skills
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Experience creating direct-mail or print marketing materials
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills
• Good organizational and project-management skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking marketing results
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed

Experience in healthcare, hearing care, senior marketing, direct-response marketing, or multi-location businesses is a plus, but not required .
