Travel Long Term Care RN

Role: Long Term Care RN responsible for providing skilled nursing care in a facility setting. Responsibilities: Assess patient health, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, supervise staff, educate residents and families, document care, respond to emergencies, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Minimum of one year recent LTC experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/CPR certification. ACLS and other certifications are preferred. Skills & Abilities: Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical ability to perform procedures, interpersonal skills, technical motor skills, mental resilience, visual acuity, and ability to work under pressure and irregular schedules.
