Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist

This travel IR Tech job in Winston-Salem, NC with Advantis Medical is a 13-week travel IR Tech contract at Novant Health - Forsyth Medical Center. This role pays $3,004 per week and follows a Days shift with a 5x8 schedule. In this travel IR Tech job, you will support patient care through specialty-specific clinical services, perform assessments and treatments within your scope of practice, document patient progress, operate relevant medical equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to help deliver quality patient outcomes.

Novant Forsyth's allied work runs at large-regional scale heavy cardiovascular and neuro-interventional procedural volume, a comprehensive cancer institute, and a full imaging suite including PET and nuclear medicine.

The cardiovascular program drives cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, coronary and carotid intervention, vascular surgery, and roughly 700 open-heart cases a year work for cath-lab, EP, and CV surgical and cardiac OR support roles. An Advanced Comprehensive Stroke Center and neurosurgery program support neuro-interventional and advanced imaging.

Imaging spans CT, MRI, PET, nuclear medicine, and therapeutic radiology, with the Derrick L. Davis Cancer Institute carrying radiation oncology and chemotherapy. Close to 40,000 surgeries a year feed surgical-tech and sterile-processing demand; lithotripsy and acute dialysis add procedural roles. Rehabilitation therapies (PT, OT, speech) and respiratory care extend the allied mix across inpatient and outpatient settings.
