You will collaborate with executive leadership and subject matter authorities worldwide to provide timely and insightful financial analysis and modeling that drives value creating business decisions. You will report to Micron’s EVP & CFO and partner with various global departments within Finance and other key stakeholders across all levels of the organization to help optimize Micron’s financial performance. Leveraging AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to enhance financial forecasting, optimize business performance, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Lead financial planning and analysis including annual business plans creation, forecasting, reporting and analysis of revenue for the company, ensuring budgets are collaboratively developed, and communicatedEvaluate company portfolios and develop strategies to maximize enterprise value by helping to set targets and develop the company-wide capital allocation strategyResponsible for development and tracking of company-wide critical metricsPartner with the leaders within the Business Unit, Supply Chain and Sales organizations to identify, assess and present strategic initiativesContinually drive alignment and control into the spending processServe as the management liaison to the Finance Committee; effectively communicate and present critical financial matters at select board of directors and committee meetingsResponsible for handling financial communications with the Executive Team including weekly flash, quarterly performance, annual plan, etc.Establish clear return on investment (ROI) metrics for major business expenditures, advising on economic and strategic benefitsDevelop and utilize complex financial models and data-focused deep dive analyses to provide insight into operations and business performanceSupport Finance transformation activitiesBuild positive relationships across the finance and accounting teams, with functional leaders across the organization and collaborate with internal and external partners to understand the business’ current state and develop data-driven insights that can be understood and implemented to drive company-wide goals and strategic directionsMinimum Qualifications:At least 15 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields in high volume, complex manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred)At least 10 years of leadership experience, ideally in globally dispersed teamsBachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fieldAdditional professional qualifications like CPA, CFA, CMA preferredPreferred Skills:Ambitious, with a high energy level, growth mindset and passion for identifying and implementing improvement opportunitiesStrong analytical skills and business acumenProven ability to perform in an environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguityStrong influencing skills and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships based on mutual trustDemonstrated capability to build highly effective and engaged teamsExcellent written and verbal English-language communication and presentation skillsThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$232,455.00 - $392,618.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
