Talento Search Group has an opening for a Multicraft Maintenance Technician in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a full time, direct hire position. The pay rate is $28-35 per hour, depending on experience.

The maintenance technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and making repairs to all electronic and mechanical machines and also maintaining the facility.

• Strong skill-sets in in industrial mechanical and electrical repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues with manufacturing equipment
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, switches, PLC's, and wiring
• Perform regular preventive maintenance of production equipment and plant facilities
• Ability to recommend equipment and process improvements
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience 
• HS diploma required - Industrial Maintenance Associate's degree preferred
