Job Description

Source and attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.

Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for future opportunities.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay updated on industry trends to identify new recruitment opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruiter-GTM should have:

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting for Sales & GTM professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
