Certified Nursing Assistant

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with Orion Home Health in the Oak Forest and Surrounding areas, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients in their homes. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital signs, wound care, and personal care
Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Implement care plans developed by the interdisciplinary team, as delegated by the registered nurse
Document patient care, progress, and any concerns or issues in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois
High school diploma or equivalent required
