Desktop Support Specialist

Location: Goose Creek, SC (Onsite)

Type: Long-Term Contract

Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support in a secure enterprise environment. Responsibilities include end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, equipment deployment, and IT asset management.

• Provide desktop and technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and replace IT equipment.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and related data records.
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.

• Active Secret Clearance (or higher).
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience with desktop support, troubleshooting, and asset management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.

• Fully onsite in the Goose Creek/Charleston, SC area.
• Stable, long-term opportunity supporting a large enterprise IT program.

This is a Contract position based out of Goose Creek, SC.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Goose Creek,SC.
