About the Role

The Lead Preschool Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day preschool program at Child’s Play Schools and ensuring children have a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment in which to learn and grow. This role combines educational leadership, team management, classroom support, and family communication.

As an important part of our school team, the Lead Preschool Manager helps ensure that our teachers have the guidance and support they need to provide exceptional care and learning experiences. The role also helps maintain consistent standards across the classroom, supports school operations, and contributes to a positive experience for children and their families.
