Mental Health Therapist

Location: McGregor, MN & Sandstone, MN

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient psychotherapy and behavioral health services. This is a fully onsite position requiring work Monday through Friday, with services split between McGregor and Sandstone, MN.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing mental health assessments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide psychotherapy and clinical counseling services.

• Manage an appropriate clinical caseload.

• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation.

• Coordinate care with internal and external providers.

• Submit accurate billing for services.

• Provide treatment based on each client's clinical needs.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Post-Master's degree in a relevant mental health field.

• Minnesota license as an LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW , OR Clinical Trainee working toward one of these licenses under supervision.

• Must be comfortable treating clients ages 6 and older .

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute between McGregor and Sandstone, MN.

• Outpatient behavioral health experience preferred.
