Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 200 ranked global law firm seeking a 2nd to 3rd year M and A and Private Equity Associate to join its Orange County California office. This is a corporate transactional associate opportunity focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity work, supporting sophisticated clients and deal teams in a fast paced environment. The firm offers a collaborative platform with broad sector strength and a strong commitment to teamwork, quality, and pragmatic client service across a national and international footprint. The Opportunity You will work closely with partners and senior associates on M and A and private equity transactions, including drafting and negotiating core deal documents, supporting diligence and deal execution, and participating directly in client communications as matters progress.
