Job Summary
Design Strategist
We are seeking an innovative Experience Design Strategist to lead advanced research and strategy initiatives focused on future mobility experiences, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs. This role combines market research, experience strategy, storytelling, and concept visualization to shape next-generation brand, product, and digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on emerging user behaviors, market trends, and technologies
- Translate complex insights into compelling, story-driven strategic recommendations
- Develop innovative experience strategies to enhance future product competitiveness
- Collaborate with Product Planning, Engineering, and Design teams to integrate physical and digital experiences
- Create visual concepts using XR/VR/AR, 2D/3D graphics, video, and prototyping tools
- Leverage AI tools and data analytics platforms to support research, ideation, and storytelling
- Support the development of future mobility concepts and customer-centered experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Industrial Design, Transportation Design, Business, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in market research, strategic planning, UX research, brand consulting, or product strategy
- Experience leading strategic brand or product initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Design & Visualization: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Blender
- AI Tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora, Runway AI, Co-Pilot
- Data Analytics: Tableau, Power BI
- Research & Collaboration Tools: Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Miro, Mural, FigJam
Preferred
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience with concept visualization, prototyping, and immersive technologies (XR/VR/AR)
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills with a strategic, user-centered mindset
