This position offers great hours with no weekends.

Duties

• Able to proficiently perform all general dentistry procedures
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to achieve practice goals
• Experience with Invisalign preferred but not required
• Experience with restoring implants preferred but not required
• Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient’s health
• Developing treatment plans to deal with oral health needs
• Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health
• Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care
• Referring patients to a specialist if needed

• Guaranteed annual salary
• Opportunity to earn additional income quarterly based on a percentage of adjusted gross collections minus the quarterly portion of the guaranteed annual salary.

Requirements

• Accredited U.S. Dental Programs (DDS/DMD) with appropriate CEU Certifications
• Current state license in good standing.

ManiDental Family Practice is an established dental practice located in the heart of wine country and the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Our office is currently a two-dentist office with 2 full time hygienists and a part-time hygienist. Services provided include anterior endo, RPDs, complete dentures, implant restorations, Invisalign, and lots of restorative. We have digital radiographs and a CBCT/pano. Updated equipment. We have a heavy focus on preventative dentistry and screening patients for sleep apnea. Training is available and compensation package is competitive. Office hours are M-F from 7:30 to 3:30. Looking for a part time or full associate (4 days per week).
