Position Overview As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company's database. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. You will work closely with our sales and administrative teams to ensure that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Enter and update data in our company's database, including property information, client information, and financial data Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system Organize and maintain electronic and paper files Assist with data clean‑up and quality control processes Communicate with team members to ensure all data is entered accurately and on time Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality Other administrative tasks as assigned by management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1‑2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role Strong typing and data entry skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Real estate industry experience is a plus Contract Details This is a full‑time position, with a schedule of 40 hours per week.
