Instructional Systems Specialist

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) prepare the federal law enforcement community to safeguard America's people, property, and institutions. Specialized Experience You qualify for the GS‑13 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience at the GS‑12 level, performing duties such as: Conducting training needs analyses to identify gaps in existing curricula, resulting in targeted recommendations that align training outcomes with mission objectives. Leading the design and development of innovative training programs using adult learning theories, resulting in high‑quality instructional materials that meet diverse learner needs across multiple delivery formats (eLearning, in‑person, hybrid). Evaluating training effectiveness using established models such as Kirkpatrick, resulting in actionable data‑driven recommendations that enhance instructional quality. Managing project teams in the implementation of training initiatives, resulting in timely completion of deliverables and consistent adherence to quality assurance standards. Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level. All requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
