Part-Time School Physical Therapist (PT) – Delavan, WI

Position Details
- Location: Delavan, WI
- Schedule: Part-Time
- Hours: 24 hours per week
- Days: 3–4 days per week
- Assignment Dates: September 8, 2026 – May 28, 2027
- Caseload: 14 students
- Grade Levels: Kindergarten–12th Grade
- School Sites: 4 campuses
- Responsibilities: Direct therapy services, collaboration with school staff and families, participation in IEP meetings, and completion of initial evaluations and related documentation.
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
