Peachy Nurse Practitioners treat wrinkle prevention through comprehensive consultations, treatment plans, and administration of neurotoxins. They are experts on wrinkle prevention options including Peachy’s prescription retinoid, sunscreen and other aftercare products, and provide education to every client. Ideal candidates embody integrity, confidence, and serve as a Peachy role model for the team. Peachy Providers earn a competitive hourly rate plus quarterly performance bonuses. Top performers earn over 20% in bonus. Training: We provide in‑house training to ensure every provider meets our high standards for care and precision. No prior aesthetics experience is required. During your first week you receive comprehensive training on wrinkle treatments using four different neuromodulators, dosage protocols, and our proprietary Peachy app with AI for streamlined treatment planning. You are compensated during this training period. Responsibilities Complete Peachy’s comprehensive and rigorous clinical training program and attend ongoing continuing education trainings and events Provide exceptional customer service in every Peachy client interaction Perform wrinkle assessments and create individualized treatment plans Educate clients about Peachy’s variety of wrinkle prevention offerings including neurotoxins, prescription retinoids, and aftercare products Complete and maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for every client Adhere to all company-wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety protocols Adhere to infection control standards including, but not limited to: hand hygiene, use of PPE, and equipment disinfection/sterilization. What You Have Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state you’re applying to work in Active Board Certification as an Adult, Family, or Women’s Nurse Practitioner Active BLS Certification Preferred: Minimum of 6 months experience working autonomously in a prior role Extensive, recent procedural experience (e.g., IV placement, suturing) either as a Nurse Practitioner or prior experience in a high‑volume clinical environment Flexible to work in multiple studio locations within a reasonable distance to your home studio Availability to work a Part‑time Schedule including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Part‑time providers are scheduled for 7 shifts per month, averaging approximately 40 hours per month.
