Greet guests promptly with a friendly, welcoming attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders Enter orders into the POS system correctly Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction Upsell appetizers, desserts, beverages, and daily specials Maintain knowledge of the menu and answer guest questions Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately Keep dining tables clean, organized, and reset for the next guests Refill beverages and anticipate guest needs Assist with opening and closing side work Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff Help maintain a clean dining room, server stations, and restrooms Assist teammates during busy periods Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when needed Follow all company policies and dress code Provide an exceptional dining experience that encourages repeat business Ideal Candidate Friendly and outgoing personality Strong communication and customer service skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Team player with a positive attitude Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torsap Thai Kitchen
