Service Advisor Position Crestview Cadillac is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Rochester Hills, MI. In this role, you will be the liaison between our service department and our valued customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, and coordinating service appointments to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
