Part-Time On-Site HR Coordinator — Orientation & Compliance

TLC is seeking an On Site HR Coordinator for an Eating Disorder Treatment Center. The role is 20 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 9-2, on-site in Matthews, NC. A background screen is required and the position involves onboarding, regulatory checks, and documentation management. Responsibilities include new hire orientation, I-9/E-Verify processing, credential checks, OSHA/insurance coordination, and reporting in Bamboo HR.
