Human Resources Director

An established law firm is hiring a Human Resources Director in Fort Lauderdale, 33311. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position offering a generous benefits plan. Pay is up to 100,000.00 + benefits. About the law firm Approximately 100 employees and growing. The firm oversees multiple practice areas with an emphasis on litigation. The office culture is friendly, warm and professional. Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, 401k (+ matching), generous PTO, paid holidays. supplemental life insurance, additional emergency insurances, etc. Additionally the firm typically pays CLEs, licensing required in specific roles. Job Duties The role is for a senior HR Manager/Director with extensive experience working in a law firm. You will work closely with various department heads to ensure a positive work environment. Oversee; training manuals, state and federal compliance, recruiting, hiring, onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, benefit enrollment, etc. Knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, etc. We will consider law firm administrators or similar experience. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of HR experience in a leadership role Bachelor’s Degree or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP Certification Experience in a law firm/legal dept. is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
