Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Maryland state SLP license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
