Committed 365 Roofing is looking for an experienced Sales Representative who is passionate about helping homeowners while building a rewarding, long-term career.

If you have at least one year of sales experience and enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and controlling your income, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofing and exterior storm damage
• Build trust and educate customers on roofing solutions
• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Manage customer relationships from inspection through project completion
• Work closely with project managers to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Represent Committed 365 Roofing professionally within your territory
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outside sales, in-home sales, or commission-based sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident presenting solutions and closing sales
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Training & Support

Our office is located in Waite Park, MN. New team members complete onboarding and training at our office before transitioning into their assigned sales territory.

You'll receive ongoing coaching, proven sales systems, and leadership support designed to help you consistently grow your pipeline and maximize your earnings.
