If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team: As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence, and educate patients and caregivers on safety and fall prevention. You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes. You will make a meaningful impact by helping patients safely recover and remain independent in their own homes. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with patients and families while promoting independence, improving outcomes, and ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care.
