This includes, but is not limited to, providing exemplary service to the community's residents, timely completion of service requests, performing preventative maintenance and unit inspections/rehabilitation as scheduled by the Community Director.JOB DUTIES:Complete service requests, preventive maintenance, and unit rehabilitation as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Director.Complete required property and unit inspections and ensure any follow-up work is completed as scheduled.Provide quality and professional service to residents.Ensure that all equipment, vehicles and shop areas are kept clean.THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Any experience in maintenance, construction, a skilled trade, home repair, or as a maintenance tech would be highly desirable, but we will train and mentor the right individual for a rewarding career in property management!Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in a variety of weather conditions.Customer service skillsAbility to be in the on-call rotationCORE VALUES:The Right Thing.
