Work side-by-side with the company’s Controller. Supports daily financial operations by maintaining accurate records and organized transaction data. Performs account reconciliations and resolves discrepancies across financial records. Assists with processing outgoing and incoming transactions, ensuring proper documentation and coding. Collaborates with internal teams to address questions related to financial entries and processes. Contributes to monthly and annual close activities, including preparing entries and maintaining account accuracy. Provides support for compliance-related tasks, including required filings and documentation. Helps monitor and uphold internal controls to protect organizational assets.
