Senior Solutions Engineer

Senior Solution Engineer – Overview As a Senior Solution Engineer you will be responsible for technical relationships within some of our large-scale enterprise and premier customers. You will support the sales teams technically in sales motions, whilst also proactively helping drive adoption and consumption of Omnissa products and solutions within existing customers. As the trusted advisor to these accounts, you will shape and influence the long-term future of their digital workspace strategies. Responsibilities Engage regularly with technology decision makers in customers, building long-term business relationships, and evangelizing Omnissa solutions. Enable and manage existing customers to get best value from Omnissa products. Deliver bespoke technical enablement, product update and technology roadmap sessions. Track and support sales opportunities. Work with the account team to technically validate opportunities. Conduct proof of concepts, RFP/RFI responses, solution demonstrations and technical workshops. Craft and propose differentiated customer solutions. Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Omnissa products. Support Omnissa marketing team and public speaking at industry events. Assist customers with product queries and provide escalation path for support issues. Qualifications Fluent Dutch, French & English – both written and spoken. Desirable: 3+ years EUC pre‑sales experience or 5+ years EUC as a technology delivery consultant. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture with background in either customer or partner landscape. Experience in desktop management: Windows, macOS, Linux or ChromeOS. Experience with mobile device platforms including Android, iOS and iPadOS. Knowledge of Active Directory and IAM systems. Strong presentation skills and ability to build high-quality product demos. Excellent listening, reasoning, objection handling. Capability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience configuring and deploying: Mobile Device Platforms (Omnissa Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, SOTI), Physical Desktop Management (Omnissa Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti), DaaS/SaaS Services (Omnissa Horizon Cloud, Microsoft AVD(W365), Amazon Workspaces Core, Citrix). Location & Travel Employment will be in the Netherlands, but your work territory mainly Belgium and Luxembourg. Remote work. Travel is required 60–80% of the time, with ability to travel around Europe and USA for industry events. Education Relevant certifications for Digital Workspace technologies desirable.
