Pool Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a solution‑oriented, customer‑focused Pool Maintenance Technician. The role involves providing excellent on‑site pool cleaning and maintenance, handling pool chemicals safely, following established protocols, and sharing lessons learned with the team. The ideal candidate loves working outdoors, is a self‑starter who can work independently with minimal oversight, and embraces the commitment to delivering resort‑quality service. Responsibilities Manage a swimming pool route that includes cleaning each week. Maintain a stocked supply of chemicals on the truck and adjust water chemistry for each pool weekly. Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform. Spot equipment repair needs and communicate them to the office.
