The successful applicant will be trained to market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. NO COLD CALLING. Compensation:$58,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs
- Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
- Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and help families protect what matters most.
- Follow a proven sales system with qualified leads.
- Learn from experienced leaders through ongoing coaching.

- Professional with strong communication skills
- Driven to create long-term financial success
- Customer service experience or experience as a sales representative are highly valued
- Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred
- Must have graduated high school or received a GED; a Bachelor’s degree is desired
