Anesthesiologist

Jackson and Coker is seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Pensacola, Florida, with coverage starting as soon as possible. This role involves a diverse case mix including bariatric, ENT, OB, GYN, and spine cases, within a Level 1 Trauma and Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with all ages of pediatric patients and high-risk OB cases, working in a setting where MDs supervise CRNAs. Practice Info Case Mix: Bariatric, ENT, IR, OB, GYN, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Endo, OMFS, Dental and Plastics Level 1 Trauma and Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center MDs are supervising CRNAs Minimal solo cases EMR: Cerner Responsibilities Provide anesthesia for a diverse case mix including Bariatric, ENT, IR, OB, GYN, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Endo, OMFS, Dental and Plastics Manage high-risk OB cases Supervise CRNAs Compensation Weekly Direct Deposit Top Rated Malpractice Insurance In-House Travel Agency 24/7 Recruiter Availability Experienced In-House Privileging Coordinators Shift & Schedule Monday through Friday, 8s, 10s, and 12s Weekend Call is required Requirements Must be comfortable with all ages of PEDS strongly preferred, but willing to discuss PEDS on a case-by-case basis Board Certified PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS and TB Test Active Florida license Must reside 45 miles/1 hour from the site
