We are seeking a detail-oriented Concrete Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for concrete projects, ensuring bids are competitive and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify requirements.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Track budgets and provide updates on cost variances.
• Maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Estimator or in construction estimating.
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with estimating software (Construct connect, PlanSwift, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
